Day 01: Arrive Bangalore
On your arrival at international airport met and transfer to the hotel.
Bangalore is a cosmopolitan and modern city, one of the fastest growing in India, attracting industry and commerce. The city founded by a Hola King in sixteenth century and later become the fortress tower of the Tipu Sulatan and finally a British cantonment. Over the past decades Banglore has become the India’s fastest growing city and the hub for national IT industry. This is the charm of Banglore along with its pleasant temperate climate, beautiful gardens that are a legacy of the Raj and friendly people.
Day 02: In Bangalore
Morning proceed for city tour of Bangalore.
Sightseeing tour of this city of gardens visiting the Cubbon Park spread over 100 acres, and having a variety of flora. During the drive you will view the Maharaja’s Palace, the Indian Institute of Science, the Public Library, the State Government Museum, and Vidhana Soudha, an imposing structure in granite built in the Dravidian style. See the Bull Temple and visit the Mysore Arts and Craft Center.
Stay overnight at your hotel.
Day 03: Bangalore - Belur – Hassan
Morning proceed for the Hassan via Belur,
Belur is known for its exquisite temples and Chennakeshava Temples is a fine example. It took 103 years to complete and the façade of the temple is covered with intricate sculptures and frescoes - awe-inspiring in their workmanship. In the temple are hand-lathe turned filigreed pillars.
After visit the Chennakeshava Temple continue drive to Hassan and on arrival check-in into the hotel. After freshening up you will visit to Halebid.
Visit Halebid – Hoysaleswara Temple has a wealth of sculptural detail, the walls covered with gods, goddesses, animals and dancing girls.
Return to Hassan and stay overnight at your hotel.
Day 04: Hassan - Mysore (115 Kms / 4 Hrs)
Morning proceed for Mysore and on arrival check-in into hotel.
Mysore was once the capital of the Wodeyar kingdom and is still one of the finest cities of southern India. Small, easygoing, sandalwood country, a crafts-crazy city, friendly people going about their business in a city of gardens, tree lined boulevards, art galleries and a palace.
Afternoon you will take city tour of Mysore.
Visiting Mysore Palace-the Capital of the warrior-kings Hyder Ali and Tipu Sultan, the Tiger of Mysore, Mysore Palace, Nandi Bull and Brindavan Gardens, the ornamental terraced gardens, the swirling fountains, the colorful fairy lights and specially ‘dancing musical fountains’
Later proceed for sightseeing of Srirangapatnam, capital of the warrior - King Hyder Ali & his son Tipu Sultan, has magnificent monuments that are well worth a visit.
Evening we will take visit to Shravanabelagola.
Shravanabelagola is a historical temple town and pilgrimage centre in Karnataka and center for Jaina Art, Architecture, religion and culture for over 2,300 years. The name of this holy center is derived from the pond called ‘bili-gola’ (white pond) between two hills.
Return to Mysore and stay overnight at your hotel.
Day 05: Mysore - Ooty (04 Hrs)
Morning you will drive to Ooty and on arrival check-in into the hotel.
Passing through lush forests of Bandipur and Madumalai wildlife sanctuary from where the road climbs up to Ooty Through eucalyptus and tea plantations.
Check-in into hotel. Later visit the Botanical gardens and Toda tribal village.
Evening you will be at leisure to stroll around the lake.
Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 06: In Ooty
Day free you will enjoy the lake side or the gardens. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 07: Ooty - Coonoor
Early morning you will drive to Dodabefta peak, the highest in The Nilgiris.Later drive to Coonoor and on arrival check-in into hotel. Rest of day at leisure to visit Sims park, and enjoy cool walks Through tea estates or drive to Lambs' Rock for a view of the plains.
Stay overnight at your hotel.
Day 08: Coonoor - Cochin
Morning you will be at leisure.
Later board The Blue Mountain Express down to Meilupalcyam.
Later drive to Cochin and on arrival check into hotel. Stay overnight at hotel.
One of the finest natural harbors on the Arabian Sea coast, Kochi, earlier known as Cochin, has been a port of all for foreign traders from early times. The city of peninsulas and islands, today it is Kerala’s commercial hub .Chinese Fishing Nets at the entrance of Cochin harbor are a fascinating sight. Bolgatty Island houses Bolgatty Island built by the Dutch in 1774, which is former residence of the British Resident of Kochi. The Portuguese led by Vasco Da Gama arrived in 1502 and later the Dutch and the British. And descendants of the Jews who arrived in ancient days still live here.
Day 09: In Cochin
Morning take Half day tour Cochin.
Visiting Fort Cochin, proceed on a sight seeing tour to attractions such as the Dutch Palace,
Chinese Fishing Nets named after the country of their origin. Jewish Synagogue, in Mattancherry was built in 1568 and rebuilt in 1664 with Chinese willow-patterned tiles and gold crowns and has ancient scrolls, Mattancherry Palace, See St. Francis Church, the first European Church in India, where Vasco Da Gama was buried until his remains were taken back to Portugal, and Fort Cochin. Visit the Dutch Palace built by the Portuguese in 1510 and later taken over by the Dutch.
A boat cruise in the backwaters takes you in the midst of a lush green setting of shady lagoons, wooded islands and canals.
Relax in the afternoon and spend time at leisure. Stay overnight at hotel/ resort.
Day 10: Cochin - Goa
Morning as per scheduled time you will be transferred to airport to board morning flight to Goa and on arrival check-in into beach resort.
Rest of the day you will be at leisure.
Being the epicenter of spices, indigo and cotton trade, the cultural and historical heritage of Goa, demonstrates a symbiotic relationship between East and the West. The churches, temples and mosques in Goa set an example of religious harmony and secularism before other states in India. Goa remained under Portuguese command for about 450 years. In 1961, Goa became a union territory along with Daman and Diu in India. In 1987, Goa became the 25th state of India. And now it is immensely popular tourist destination.
Day 11: In Goa
Morning depart for the half day city tour of Old Goa and New Goa
Visiting Se Cathedral, St. Catherine's Church and Church of St. Francis Xavier In the former lies the uncorrupted body of St. Francis Xavier in a silver casket and the latter houses 14 magnificent altars and five bells of which one is the famous golden Bell, and famous Basilica of Bom Jesus and The tour continues with a drive to Dona Paula beach, later drive past Miramar Beach.
The tour ends in city capital Panjim, where you may go on a free for visit local animated market.
Later pick up and Return to your hotel / beach resort.
Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 12: In Goa
The entire day is left free for you to spend it the way you like. Beach in the morning and have hedonism of the sun, sand and sea.
You can also avail traditional Ayurvedic massage packages to help soothe your spirits on your own.
Day 13: Goa – Mumbai Departure
Morning as per scheduled time you will be transferred to airport to board flight for Mumbai. Arrive Mumbai and board the connecting flight for onward journey.
