Day 01: Arrive Bangalore
On your early morning arrival at Bangalore airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Bangalore is a cosmopolitan and modern city, one of the fastest growing in India, attracting industry and commerce. The city founded by a Hola King in sixteenth century and later become the fortress tower of the Tipu Sulatan and finally a British cantonment. Over the past decades Bangalore has become the India’s fastest growing city and the hub for national IT industry. This is the charm of Bangalore along with its pleasant temperate climate, beautiful gardens that are a legacy of the Raj and friendly people.
Morning proceed for city tour of Bangalore
Sightseeing tour of this city of gardens visiting the Cubbon Park spread over 100 acres, and having a variety of flora. During the drive you will view the Maharaja’s Palace, the Indian Institute of Science, the Public Library, the State Government Museum, and Vidhana Soudha, an imposing structure in granite built in the Dravidian style. See the Bull Temple and visit the Mysore Arts and Craft Center.
Stay overnight at your hotel.
Day 02: Bangalore - Bennarghatta - Bangalore
Morning you will taken to Bennarghatta National Park in Karnataka.
This national park is located about 22 km south of Bangalore extending over 104.27 sq. km area.
In this national park you can catch sights of elephant, gaur, leopard, jackal, fox, wild pig, sloth bear, sambar, Spotted deer, barking deer, common langur, bonnet macaque, porcupine and the hare. Not only this, the tourist area in the north of the Park has a lion and tiger safari, herbivore safari, a mini zoo, a reptile park, a mini aviary and a museum also. You can try out these also. And if you want to go for trekking then Uddigebande (3.5 kms.) a natural rock formation called Hajjamana Kallu (3 kms) and Mirza Hill are best.
At the end of the day you will again be taken back to your hotel at Bangalore for overnight stay.
Day 03: Bangalore – Mysore
In the morning after breakfast you will be transported to the Scotland of India that is Mysore.
On reaching Mysore, you will be taken to an elegant and comfortable hotel where you will refresh yourself. After getting fresh you will now be led to the popular sight seeing places of Mysore. Mysore Palace, the towering Chamundi hills and Brindawan Gardens featuring color light musical fountains; are some of the famous places to bask in the beauty of this land.
After this long day you will be transported back to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 04: Mysore – Ranganathittu – Mysore
Proceed you will be taken on a full day journey to Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary. This popular destination in Mysore is 20 km away. It extends over an area of 67 sq km. At this important Asian nesting and breeding ground for migratory birds you will catch sight of spoonbills, open bill storks, darters, white Ibis, little cormorants, egret, heron, partridge, river tern, stone plougher, snake bird, and other exotic bird species.
Later you will be moved back to hotel at Mysore for overnight stay.
Day 05: Mysore – Nagarhole
The fifth day of th00e tour is going to be really exciting as you will be taken to Nagarhole National Park in Karnataka which is 96 km from away from Mysore. After arriving at Nagarhole you will check into tourist camp or lodge. It is advisable to reach lodge before 6 pm as lodge closes after dusk.
You will spend a night at the camp.
Day 06: In Nagarhole
In the morning you will see the deciduous forest and beautiful landscape of Nagarhole National Park.
The park houses diverse flora and fauna. The park is home to elephant, tiger, panther, sambar, chital, sloth bear, leopard, jungle cat, jackal and wild dog. Apart from wild animals, the park is full with a large number of birds which include Malabar trogon, crested hawk-eagle, crested serpent-eagle and Malabar pied-hornbill. After relishing all the things at now called Rajiv Gandhi National Park, previously famous as game reserve of Maharajas,
you will again be taken back to your camp for night stay.
Day 07: Nagarhole – Bandipur
In the morning you will take the excursion to Bandipur, towards the east of Nagarhole. After you arrive, you will be taken to check in into the forest lodge.
Spend your night at this lodge to refresh and again start your journey.
Day 08: In Bandipur
Next morning that is the 8 th day you can indulge yourself in usual jungle activities. Take a jeep safari or elephant safari in the park. Catch sights of elephant, sambar, partridges, peafowl, quail, giant squirrel, hornbill and barking deer.
And at the end of the day you will be taken back to the forest lodge for overnight stay.
Day 09: Bandipur –Ooty
9th day will be a journey to Ooty from Bandipur. After arriving at Ooty, you will be taken to the hotel. In afternoon after your breakfast and lunch you will be taken on a visit to Botanical garden, Doddabetta Park, and tea plantations in Ooty.
And towards the end of the day representative or tour executive will take you back to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 10: In Ooty
On the 10 th day you will be taken on an excursion to Toda Tribal village. Spend full day here in sight seeing. And at the end of the day your tour executive will again transfer you back to the hotel at Ooty for overnight stay.
Day 11: In Ooty
On the 11th day if you want to continue with your wild adventure tour then you will be taken to other destinations concerning the same.
However, if you want to explore more then you will require the extension tour code and be headed for other destinations for wild adventure tour.
Stay overnight at your hotel.
Day 12: Ooty – Cochin
Morning proceed for Cochin and on arrival you will be check-in into the hotel.
One of the finest natural harbors on the Arabian Sea coast, Kochi, earlier known as Cochin, has been a port of all for foreign traders from early times. The city of peninsulas and islands, today it is Kerala’s commercial hub .Chinese Fishing Nets at the entrance of Cochin harbor are a fascinating sight. Bolgatty Island houses Bolgatty Island built by the Dutch in 1774, which is former residence of the British Resident of Kochi. The Portuguese led by Vasco Da Gama arrived in 1502 and later the Dutch and the British. And descendants of the Jews who arrived in ancient days still live here.
Take your lunch and refresh because in the evening you will be taken to Kathakali Dance show.
Once the show ends you will again be driven back to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 13: In Cochin
Morning take Half day tour Cochin.
Visiting Fort Cochin, proceed on a sight seeing tour to attractions such as the Dutch Palace,
Chinese Fishing Nets named after the country of their origin. Jewish Synagogue, in Mattancherry was built in 1568 and rebuilt in 1664 with Chinese willow-patterned tiles and gold crowns and has ancient scrolls, Mattancherry Palace, See St. Francis Church, the first European Church in India, where Vasco Da Gama was buried until his remains were taken back to Portugal, and Fort Cochin. Visit the Dutch Palace built by the Portuguese in 1510 and later taken over by the Dutch.
A boat cruise in the backwaters takes you in the midst of a lush green setting of shady lagoons, wooded islands and canals.
Stay overnight at your hotel.
Day 14: Cochin – Periyar
From Cochin you will now be driven to Periyar on the 13 th day. As soon as you reach you will be taken to the hotel. Check in into the hotel. After you get fresh you will be taken on a boat ride at Lake in the evening.
At the end of the delightful boat ride you will be transferred back to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 16: In Periyar
Today you will take to Periyar National Park and Tiger Reserve. Spend your entire day in favorite jungle activities. At the end you will be taken back to hotel for night stay by the tour representative.
Day 17: Periyar – Kovalam
15 th day will be about driving to Kovalam from Periyar. On this day you will be taken to Kovalam. As soon as reached, you will be checking in into hotel at Kovalam. Just relax and relieve on this day at the hotel and spend an overnight here.
Day 18: In Kovalam
Today allotted for ideal beach retreat. Simply relax on the glistening sand expanse of Kovalam beach and bask in sun bathing.
Later drive back to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 19: Kovalam – Cape Camorin – Kovalam
Today you will be driven to Cape Camorin from Kovalam. Enjoy the Padmanabhapuram Palace & Archaeological museum of the place. At the end you will be taken back to Kovalam at the hotel for a nightlong stay.
Day 20: Kovalam – Trivandrum Departure
Today would be the day when your wild adventure tour will end. You will be transferred to Trivandrum airport from where you can head for your next destination or way back to home.
