Day 01: Arrive Delhi
On your arrival at International airport, transfer to your hotel for overnight stay.
Delhi, India’s modern capital is also an ancient city tracing its origins in legend. It is dotted with hundreds of landmarks and offers more than a millennium of history in stone. From here various Hindu and Muslim dynasties including the Mughals ruled India. When British administration moved to Delhi and New Delhi became the Capital of India once again.
Day 02: In Delhi
Full day take the tour of New Delhi & Old Delhi.
Morning proceed for sightseeing of New Delhi, Visit Qutub Minar, One of the fine examples of early afghan architecture, Humayun Tomb, built by the wife of Humayun, Haji Begum in the mid 16th century, this red sand stone structure is considered to be the predecessor of Taj Mahal. Drive pass by India Gate (A War memorial) and Presidency House.
Afternoon proceed for sightseeing of Old Delhi, include the drive past to Red Fort, visit to Jama Masjid, Commissioned by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan and completed in the year 1656 AD, it is one of the largest and best-known mosques, and later enjoy cycle rickshaw ride within Chandani Chowk market.

Day 03: Delhi - Agra (205Kms /4 & ½Hrs)
Morning drive to Agra, visit Sikandra en route.
Akbar's tomb at Sikandra has a large arched entrance and green lawns, the entrance is decorated with marble inlay work around the arch, and the inner surface of the dome of the tomb is decorated with images of flowers, geometric designs and Islamic calligraphy.
Upon arrival at Agra, check in the hotel. Afternoon take Half day tour of Agra.
Agra is famous as being home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World-the Taj Mahal. The architectural splendour of the mausoleums, the fort and the palaces is a vivid remainder of the capital in the 16th and early 17th centuries. A pleasant town with comparatively slow pace, The city is also famous for its carpets, gold thread embroidery and leather shoes. Agra was once the capital of the Mughal Empire.
Visiting Taj Mahal, the monument of love built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in sweet memory of his wife after she died in 1631. Later visit the Agra Fort, this was built by Emperor Akbar in 1565. And Itimid-ud-Daulah Tomb, which is also known as Mini Taj because of its resemblance; however it was built before the Taj Mahal.

Day 04: Agra – Jaipur (240Kms / 05Hrs)
Morning dive to Jaipur, en rout en-route visit Fatehpur Sikri.
An epic in red sandstone; a city of yesteryears today lost in the mists of time. A sonless Akbar had gone to Sikri to seek blessings of a Muslim saint Sheikh Salim Chishti. When his son was finally born, he in gratitude constructed his capital city and named it Fatehpur Sikri. Later Fatehpur Sikri is also known as Abandoned Capital of Mughal Empire.
On arrival at Jaipur check in onto hotel for overnight stay.
In 1876 A.D. Jaipur dressed itself in pink to welcome Prince Albert, consort of Queen Victoria and earned the epitaph ‘PINK CITY', it is also a home of excellent handicrafts especially known for the exquisite gold jewellery enameled or inlaid with precious stones, blue pottery, carving on wood, stone & ivory, block print, tie & dye textiles, hand made paper, miniature painting etc.
Day 05: In Jaipur
Morning we take an excursion to the Amber Fort and afternoon visit the city.
Visiting impressive Amber Fort situated on a ridge just outside Jaipur City. At the foot of the hill you will mount your caparisoned elephant for the slow but steady climb up to the main gate, The Fort, completed in the early 18th century, took over 100 years to build and now, although deserted, offers a fascinating insight into the lifestyle of the Moghul ruling families. A royal elephant ride to ascend the fort (depending upon the availability else by jeep). Also visit Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors.
Next visit Maharaja's City Palace, the Observatory, & Ram Niwas Gardens. Later stop at Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace) for photography. Hawa Mahal was built in 1799, its original intention was to allow royal ladies to observe everyday life in the street below without being seen.

Day 06: Jaipur - Kuchaman
Morning you will drive to Kuchaman and on arrival check -in into the hotel.
A steep climb up a sandstone hillock will bring you to this interesting heritage palace hotel that was constructed way back in 760 A.D. by the rulers of the Gujjar Pratihara dynasty. The Kuchaman Fort was known for being one of Rajasthan's impregnable forts. All the five gates that lead to the interiors of the fort are constructed in a manner that it is next to impossible for an enemy to enter the Fort without being attacked from all directions.
The sheer exuberance of staying at this heritage palace hotel with artistically done up walls enclosing you in a shell of luxurious comfort is an incomparable experience. The courtyard of the fort is designed like a chessboard and the legend has it that in the olden days, real men would stand as chess pieces.

Day 07: Kuchaman - Khimsar (190 km)
Moring proceed to Khimsar by surface and on arrival city tour of Khimsar; visit the Khimasar Fort. Later visit to local animated market.
Evening excursion to Sand Dunes followed by Camel Safari. Also visit the nearby homes of the locals to witness the lifestyle of the rural folk.
Later in the evening you will return hotel for overnight stay.
Day 08: Khimsar – Mandawa (275 Kms / 06 Kms)
Morning you will drive to Mandawa and on arrival check -in into the hotel.
Mandawa former capital Shekhawati region famous for its beautiful heritage havelies and colorful frescos art works. Mandawa, a remote feudal principality in the centre of the Shekhawati region, was a trading outpost for the ancient caravan routes that stopped here from China and the Middle East.
Afternoon proceed for visits the Mandwa havelis.
Visit Mandawa Fort and explore the most important havelis (mansions) like Gulab Rai Haveli is famous for the erotic images, Bansidhar Newatia haveli is known for its curious Paintings, Chokhani, Ladia and Saraf havelies has beautiful frescoes, and temples of Shiva.

Day 09: Mandawa – Samode (160 Kms / 03 Hrs)
Morning you will drive to Samode and on arrival check in into hotel.
Samode is renowned for its stunning havelis and forts. The Palace belonged to Rawals of Samode, who were not the part of Royal family. Actually they were wealthy noblemen, the title of "Maha Rawal" was granted to them by the Royal family, as an incentive for their courage and faithfulness. The striking Palace is embellished with rich work of ornamentation. The Samode Palace is fabulously decorated with 300 year' old fine Shekhavati style wall paintings (hunting scenes, floral motifs etc) which still look almost new.
Enjoy a camel cart safari to the interiors of the village and to explore the rural lifestyle.

Day 10: Samode – Delhi
Morning you will be free at the palace or walk up to the fort.
Later in the day drive to Delhi and on arrival check –in into the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 11: Depart Delhi
In time you will transfer to international airport to connect flight for your onward journey. |
