Day 01: Arrive Delhi
On your arrival at International airport, you will be met and transferred to the hotel.
Delhi, India’s modern capital is also an ancient city tracing its origins in legend. It is dotted with hundreds of landmarks and offers more than a millennium of history in stone. From here various Hindu and Muslim dynasties including the Mughals ruled India. When British administration moved to Delhi and New Delhi became the Capital of India once again.
Full day take the tour of New Delhi & Old Delhi.
Morning proceed for sightseeing of New Delhi, Visit Qutub Minar, One of the fine examples of early afghan architecture, Humayun Tomb; built by the wife of Humayun, Haji Begum in the mid 16th century, this red sand stone structure is considered to be the predecessor of Taj Mahal. Drive pass by India Gate (A War memorial) and Presidency House.
Afternoon proceed for sightseeing of Old Delhi, include the drive past to Red Fort, visit to Jama Masjid, Commissioned by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan and completed in the year 1656 AD, it is one of the largest and best-known mosques, and later enjoy cycle rickshaw ride within Chandani Chowk market.

Day 02: Delhi - Mandawa (250 Kms / 5 & ½Hrs)
Morning proceed for Mandawa by surface, and on arrival check –in into your hotel.
Mandawa former capital Shekhawati region famous for its beautiful heritage havelies and colorful frescos art works. Mandawa, a remote feudal principality in the centre of the Shekhawati region, was a trading outpost for the ancient caravan routes that stopped here from China and the Middle East.
Rest of the day visits the Shekhavati villages.
The whole area of Shekhavati has beautiful frescoes, havelis & mansions and is called the open air gallery.

Day 03: Mandawa - Bikaner (190 Kms / 4 & ½Hrs)
Morning proceed for Bikaner by surface, and on arrival check-in into your hotel.
The city was founded by Rao Bika in 1486 and from its small origins it has developed into the fourth largest city in Rajasthan. The city is also known for its intricately carved Jharokas. These stone screens are found on the windows of forts and havellis - traditionally, women would use the screens to watch the world while remaining hidden.
Later proceed for an excursion of Junagarh Fort.
Junagarh Fort made of red sandstone, exhibits a wonderful mingling of Eastern and Western style. Built by Rai Singh between 1588 and 1593, has a 986-metre-long wall with 37 bastions. The fort and its palaces are profusely decorated with magnificent stone carvings.

Day 04: Bikaner - Jaisalmer (330 Kms / 6 Hrs)
Morning proceed for Jaisalmer by surface, and on arrival check-in into your hotel.
This desert fortress is one of Rajasthan's most exotic and unusual towns. Jaisalmer, an important ancient trading centre because of its strategic location on the camel trade routes, is often described as the 'golden city'. The havelis, built by merchants of the 19th century, are exquisitely carved from Golden-yellow sandstone and are still in a beautiful condition.
Afternoon visit Jaisalmer Fortknown as Sonar Quila ‘ the Golden fort’ is one of the largest of desert forts of the world. Manak Chowk, Salim Singh Ki Haveli (Mansion), Patwon-Ki Haveli-one of the largest and most elaborate Havelis in Jaisalmer, and Gadi sagar Lake.
Evening: witness Sunset from the Cenotaphes with camel safari to Sam Sand Dunes.

Day 05: Jaisalmer - Badabagh - Baisakhai - Ramkunda
Morning you will start camel safari to Badabagh and on arrival check-in into the camp.
Badabagh is the site of royal cenotaphs of Bhatti Rajput Kings (The then rulers of Jaisalmer) a typical village, visit a Hindu temple then proceed to Ramkunda, a holy place with beautiful landscapes & Hindu temples.
Stay overnight in tents.
Day 06: Ramkunda - Roopse - Ludharva –Chatrayil
Morning you will start camel safari to Ludharva via Roopsi, and on arrival check-in into the camp.
Ludharva is a mixed cast village with mud and stick houses. Have Lunch at Ludharva, visit Jain temple & proceed to Chatrayil, a traditional and typical muslim village, Reach Peerawal.
Stay overnight in tents.
Day 07: Chatrayil - Salkha Beri of Kanoi - Sand dunes
Morning you will start camel safari to Salkha and on arrival check-in into the camp.
Salkha Beri of Kanoi is a traditional Rajput village. Have lunch and proceed towards Sand dunes. Via Beri of Kanoi : a place packed with water wells. Here you can see how the ladies are balancing the waterpots on their head as well as their Colorful dresses. Reach sand dunes. Dinner, desert folk music, campfire is at sand dunes.
Day 08: Sand dunes - Kanoi - Masoordi - Jeseiri
Morning you will start camel safari to Masoordi via Kanoi and on arrival check-in into the camp.
A typical carpenters village. Here you can see and buy beautifully carved wooden items. Arrive Masoordi and have lunch. After lunch proceed to Jeseiri : a water tank surroundings by Oasis and beautiful landscape. Dinner and over night near that tank.

Day 09: Jeseiri - Dedha - Deegasar - Kuldhara
Morning you will start camel safari to Deegasar via Dedha and on arrival check-in into the camp.
Deegasar is a Rajput village and the life style of Rajputs. Have your lunch at Deegasar : a place surrounded with beautiful landscape and a small lake. Proceed further for Kuldhara via a small Rajput Dhani : A typical group of houses where people stay while cultivating their agriculture fields. Arrive Kuldhara : where you will see planning of villages in ancient times.
Stay overnight in camp.
Day 10: Kuldhara - Moolsagars - Amarsagar - Jaisalmer
After breakfast leave for Jaisalmer via Moolsagar and Amarsagar and on arrival check-in into hotel.
Rest of the day you will be free to relax.

Day 11: Jaisalmer – Delhi
In time transfer to railway station to board train for Delhi.
Stay overnight at train.
Day 12: Arrive Delhi – Overseas
On arrival at Delhi’s railway station, transfer to your hotel for day use.
Late evening in time transfer to international airport to board your flight for onward journey. |
