Day 01: Arrive Colombo – Negombo
On your arrival in the Sri Lankan commercial capital Colombo you would be met and transferred to your hotel.

It has the lazy charm of the bygone era combined with the verve and vivaciousness of a modern city. Day 02: Negombo – Polonnaruwa – Sigiriya
In the morning you will proceed for Sigiriya en route visit to Polonnaruwa
Leave on an excursion for the medieval capital of Polonnaruwa in the afternoon. Polonnaruwa was the capital of Sri Lanka from the 11th to the 13th century AD. This ancient city is today one of the most beautiful centres of this island's cultural heritage.
Arrive at Sigiriya and check-in into the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03: Sigiriya - Demala Maha Saya - Polonnaruwa
In the morning you will proceed for Sigiriya Rock Fortress today.
This is a masterpiece of construction, irrigation & artistry. It was also a resort of pleasure, a citadel of beauty & a fortress of strength. Sigiriya has been made famous for the frescoes on its rock wall.

Day 04: Sigiriya – Kandy
In the morning you will proceed for Kandy the Sigiriya capital of the Sri Lankan kings, which fell to the British in 1815. This hill capital is situated in a valley 1600 feet above sea level, surrounded by mountains & virtually encircled by the scenic Mahaweli river; the longest in Sri Lanka. Kandy, one of the most beautiful cities in Sri Lanka & is famous for it’s temple of the tooth, one of the most venerated Buddhist temples in the world.

Day 05: Kandy – Nuwara Eliya
In the morning you will leave for the mountains. Nuwara Eliya is located in the cent er of the hill country also called the “Hill station”. This ruggedly picturesque location almost 6200 feet in elevation with its soft cool climate was favoured by the British, who made it their hill resort, during their rule in Sri Lanka, (then called Ceylon).
Day 06: Nuwara Eliya – Colombo departure
In the morning you will be proceed for Colombo and on arrival directly transferred to airport to the flight for onward journey. |
