Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu
On your arrival at Kathmandu you will be met and transferred to the hotel for overnight stay.
Kathmandu the capital of the Nepal Kingdom, surrounded by green hills and mountains with snow capped peaks against its northern and eastern background the Valley is indeed beautiful. There are complex examples of Nepal’s art and architecture all round.
Day 02: In Kathmandu
Morning proceed to sightseeing of the city
Visiting temples of Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, temple of the living and Also visit Durbar Square, which is residence of Kumari, the Living Goddess (Virgin Goddess), its wooden balconies and windows are profusely carved. Later visit Hanuman Dhoka, the historic palace of the ancient kings of Nepal. A complex of many temples and monuments, guarded by a huge statue of the Monkey God, It is here that the kings of Nepal are crowned, and their coronations solemnized.
Rest of the day you will be free to enjoy exploring local animated market.
Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 03: In Kathmandu (Excursion to Patan and Bhaktapur)
Morning proceed to sightseeing of Patan and Boudhnath.
The ancient city of Patan is situated on the southern bank of the river Bagmati and is about 5 Kms southest of Kathmandu. The city is full of Buddhist monuments and Hindu temples with fine bronze gateways, guardian deities & wonderful carvings.
Bhaktapur is also known as Bhadgaon, the palace complex in the middle of the city potrays the prosperity of the Malla years and the details at which the craftspeople then worked. The palace of 55 windows stands in the square & it was home to many kings of Bhaktapur.
Evening retire to Kathmandu for overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04: In Kathmandu (Excursion to Dakshinkali and Chobhar)
Morning proceed to sightseeing of Dakshinkali and Chobhar. The temple at Dakshinkali is dedicated to the ferocious goddess who has much energy and power. It is said that she gives strong will power and energy to those who come to her and she loves sacrifices. The lake Chobhar is said to have originated when Manjushri cut a deep gorge in the wall of a huge lake to let the water out in order to observe & worship the lotus which was emanating bright light at the centre. The bed of the lake became Kathmandu Valley and the place where he cut the lake is said to be Chobhar.
Return to Kathmandu for overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05: Kathmandu - Nagarkot
Early morning drive to Nagarkot Excursion to Nagarkot and on arrival check-in into the hotel.
At a height of 2,099 Mtr above sea level, the hill top is visited for viewing beautiful sunrises and sunsets & the visitors take delight in the layout of the Kathmandu Valley below.
Evening you will see the beautiful sunset view from the Nagarkot.
Stay overnight at your hotel.
Day 06: Nagarkot - Dhulikhel - Kathmandu
Early morning get –up for to see sunrise from the hotel. And later drive to Dhulikhel.
The walk continues along mountain trails to Dhulikhel to explore rural Nepal's traditional villages and lifestyles and its beautiful countryside.
Later proceed for Kathmandu and on arrival check-in into the hotel of overnight stay.
Day 07: Kathmandu - Pokhara
In the morning you will drive to Pokhara through scenic mountain terrain and on arrival check-in into the hotel
Pokhara is part of a once vibrant trade route extending between India and Tibet. Its peaceful lakeside location and proximity to the Annapurna mountain range, mean it is an ideal place for recovering from (or gearing up for) for execution. The valley surrounding Pokhara is home to thick forests, gushing rivers, emerald lakes, and of course, the world famous views of the Himalaya.
The day is spent unraveling the wonders of the Pokhara Valley.
Enjoy a visit to the Tibetan settlements, the handicraft markets and the Gupteshwar cave where the Shiva lingam is preserved and finally a visit Devi's fall. In the evening enjoy boating on Phewa lake (on direct payment basis).
Rest of the evening is free to enjoy the serenity and magnificence of the Himalayas.
Enjoy a leisurely walk around the serene Phewa Lake.
Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 08: Pokhara - Chitwan
In the morning you will be driven to Royal Chitwan National Park, our destination for wild viewing. We bring our safari activities almost immediately with a briefing, elephant ride, jungle walks, canoe ride and jeep ride in pursuit of myriad flora and fauna including the rhinoceros and the Royal Bengal Tigers. In the evening we have some cultural entertainment plus bonfire during winter.
Chitwan, located at the foothills of the Himalayas, Chitwan is famous for its rich flora, fauna and wildlife, especially the single-horned Asiatic rhinoceros and the Royal Bengal tiger.
Day 09: In Chitwan
Morning Jeep Safari at Chitwan National Park
Early morning, proceed on a safari in jeeps into the Royal Chitwan National Park, passing through Sal forests, riverine vegetation and 'elephant grass' savannah. Spot different species of birds, butterflies and the most famous single-horned Asian rhinoceros. If lucky you will spot the Royal Bengal tiger.
Rest of the afternoon is free for nature walks.
Day 10: In Chitwan

Day 11: Chitwan - Kathmandu
In the morning you will drive back to Kathmandu and check-in into your hotel.
Stay overnight at your hotel.
Day 12: Departure Kathmandu
In the morning as per scheduled you will be transferred to the airport to board on flight for onward journey. |
