Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Early morning arrival at International airport, transfer to your hotel.
Delhi, India’s modern capital is also an ancient city tracing its origins in legend. It is dotted with hundreds of landmarks and offers more than a millennium of history in stone. From here various Hindu and Muslim dynasties including the Mughals ruled India. When British administration moved to Delhi and New Delhi became the Capital of India once again.
After refreshment at your hotel, you will proceed for full day sightseeing of New Delhi & Old Delhi.
Morning proceed for sightseeing of New Delhi, Visit Qutub Minar, One of the fine examples of early afghan architecture, Humayun Tomb, built by the wife of Humayun, Haji Begum in the mid 16th century, this red sand stone structure is considered to be the predecessor of Taj Mahal. Drive pass by India Gate (A War memorial) and Presidency House.
Afternoon proceed for sightseeing of Old Delhi, include the drive past to Red Fort, visit to Jama Masjid, Commissioned by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan and completed in the year 1656 AD, it is one of the largest and best-known mosques, and later enjoy cycle rickshaw ride within Chandani Chowk market.

Day 02: Delhi –Haridwar
In the morning drive to Hardwar and on arrival check-in the hotel for overnight stay.
This sacred town marks the emergence of the Ganga into the plains, piercing through the Shiwalik Range the town abounds with several Hindu temples and Ashrams (Hermitages). More than the architectural designs, it is the spiritual ambience of the place that is so striking, and all devotees who visit Haridwar have a sacramental bath in the river Ganga generally at Har-Ki-Pauri (God’s steps) as well as other Ghats.
Afternoon visit the City tour
Visit Har Ki Pauri, the Ghat, where religious prayer is performed in the evening. The intensity of prayer is such that you would forget that you are on earth. The entire aura turns more pristine. This is the time when hoardes of pilgrims surrounds the Ganges to take glimpse of such a huge event which takes place every evening.
In the evening you will be free for Ganga Arti
Ganga arti is worship to holy river mother Ganga when pilgrims light a butter lamp with fresh flowers and offering to the Goddess, kept in a dry leaf and let it afloat over the holy river, this is certainly a touching moment to be at the bank of Ganges during this time.
Day 05: Haridwar-Jankichatti (251 Kms/08 hrs)
Morning, leave for Jankichatti. Arrive Jankichatti and on arrival check-in into the hotel.
Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 04: Jankichatti-Yamunotri-Jankichatti (05 Kms / trek)
In the morning you will enjoy the Arti Darsan in the temple of Yamunotri.
Later trek back to Jankichatti. Yamunotri - The shrine of Yamunotri, situated at an elevation of about 3235 mts is a point of paramount religious importance for Hindus and is an essential pilgrimage.
Arrive Janki chatty and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05: Jankichatti-Uttarkashi (137 Kms / 04 Hrs)
In the morning you will proceed for Uttarkashi and on arrival check-in into the hotel .
Day 06: Uttarkashi-Gangotri- Uttarkashi (200 Kms/07)
Day return excursion to Gangotri - The sacred shrine, situated at an altitude of 3200 mt. Is the source of river Bhagirathi. Return to Uttarkashi for overnight stay.
Stay overnight at the hotel/tourist bungalow.
Day 07: Uttarkashl-Rudraprayag (175 Kms/06 Hrs)
Morning, leave for Rudraprayag. Arrive Rudraprayag and check In at prebooked hotel/tourist bungalow. Overnight at the hotel/tourist bungalow.
Day 08: Rudraprayag-Kedamath 75 kms by road & 14 kms trek (one side)
Morning, drive to Gaurikund (75 kms). Arrive Gaurikund and start trek to Kedarnath. Morning, leave for Kedarnath - The Kedarnath shrine, one ofthe 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, is a scenic spot situated, against the backdrop of majestic Kedarnath range. Visit the shrine and later check In at prebooked hotel/tourist bungalow. Overnight at the hotel/tourist bungalow.
Day 09: Kedarnath-Chamoli (137 Kms /04 hrs)
In the morning you will trek down to Gaurikund. And on arrival straight drive to Chamoli.
Arrive Chamoli and check-in into hotel for overnight stay.
Day 10: Chamoli-Badrinath (98 Kms/ 03 Hrs)
In the morning, you will leave for Badrinath and on arrival check-in into the hotel.
Later visit the Badrinath - one of the most celebrated pilgrimage spots of the country, Badrinath is situated at an elevation of 3,133 mts. Guarded on either side by two mountain ranges known as Nar & Narayan with the towering Neelkanth Peak providing a splendid back drop. This revered spot was once carpeted with wild berries. Thus the place got the name "Badri Van", meaning "Forest of berries".

Day 11: Badrinath-Rishikesh (296 Kms / 08 Hrs)
In the morning proceed for Rishikesh and on arrival check-in into the hotel.
Rishikesh Known as the ‘Yoga capital of the world is the one of the holy city of India situated on bank of the river Ganges. There are a number of ashrams in and around Rishikesh, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's Ashram is famous the world over for which the credit goes to the rock band Beatles. Several ashrams offer oga courses and many pilgrims from in and around the country come here to learn yoga.
Day 12: Rishikesh – Delhi
In the morning you will proceed for the sightseeing tour of Rishikesh
Visit Trivani Ghat, a bathing Ghat, where there streams of Ganga, Yamuna, Sarswati are said to flow together, and visit Bharat temple, and later you are free to visit the Laxman Jhula Laxman Jhoola is beautiful sight, Raghunathji temple and thirteen storey temple is the main attractions around jhoola.
Afternoon proceed for Delhi by surface and on arrival check-in into the hotel. |
