Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Upon arrival at Delhi, you will be met by representative and transferred to your hotel.


Delhi, India’s modern capital is also an ancient city tracing its origins in legend.  It is dotted with hundreds of landmarks and offers more than a millennium of history in stone.  From here various Hindu and Muslim dynasties including the Mughals ruled India. When British administration moved to Delhi and New Delhi became the Capital of India once again.

Full day take the tour of New Delhi & Old Delhi.


Morning proceed for sightseeing of New Delhi,  Visit Qutub Minar, One of the fine examples of early afghan architecture, Humayun Tomb, built by the wife of Humayun, Haji Begum in the mid 16th century, this red sand stone structure is considered to be the predecessor of Taj Mahal.  Drive pass by India Gate (A War memorial) and Presidency House.


Afternoon proceed for sightseeing of Old Delhi, include the drive past to Red Fort, visit to Jama Masjid, Commissioned by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan and completed in the year 1656 AD, it is one of the largest and best-known mosques, and later enjoy cycle rickshaw ride within Chandani Chowk market.

Stay overnight at hotel.

 

Day 02: Delhi – Sariska (200 Kms/04 Hrs)
Morning you will drive to Sariska via Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary which is a haven to a variety of domestic and migratory birds.

 

On arrival at Sariska check-in into the hotel later visit Sariska Tiger reserve Sanctuary

 

Sariska Tiger reserve was created in the year 1978. It is one of the 27 tiger reserves created by Government of India under Project Tiger to protect the decreasing population of Tigers. Sariska is popular among wild life & nature lovers for its naturally beautiful sights & Bio - diversity. With Aravali range of hills on it's background, Sariska experiences extreme weather conditions.

Evening nature walk to the bird watching.

 

Day 03: Sariska – Jaipur (107 Kms/03 & ½Hrs)
Morning drive to Jaipur enroute visit of Amber Fort,

Jaipur has been like that since 1727 when Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II had it built. And In 1876 A.D. Jaipur dressed itself in pink to welcome Prince Albert, consort of Queen Victoria and earned the epitaph ‘PINK CITY', it is also a home of excellent handicrafts especially known for the exquisite gold jewellery enameled or inlaid with precious stones, blue pottery, carving on wood, stone & ivory, block print, tie & dye textiles, hand made paper, miniature painting etc.


Visit of Amber Fort, Amber was the capital of the Kachhwaha clan, till Jaipur was made the official capital in 1727. Situated on a crafty hill, is the royal elephant ride to ascend the fort (depending upon the availability else by jeep). Stop at Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace) for photography. Hawa Mahal was built in 1799, its original intention was to allow royal ladies to observe everyday life in the street below without being seen.
On arrival check-in into the hotel for overnight stay.


Day 04:  Jaipur – Ranthambhor
Morning you will drive to Sawaimadhopur and on arrival check- in into the wildlife resort.

 

Ranthambore Fort is a formidable fort and has been a focal point of historical developments of Rajasthan. It is surrounded the famous Ranthambore National Park which was formerly the hunting grounds for the Maharajahs of Jaipur.

Afternoon proceed for 1st Jeep safari to Ranthambhore National Park to view the wild life & bird species.

Stay overnight at the wildlife resort.

 

Day 05:  In Ranthambore
After tea / coffee, early morning proceed for 2nd jeep safari to the park with packed breakfast, later visit The Ganesh Temple and The Ranthambore Fort is an impressive historic monument spreads over an area of 7 Km and offers spectacular views of the National Park Ranthambore.

 

Return to hotel for freshening up.


Evening proceed for 3rd Jeep safari to Ranthambhore National Park to view the wild life & bird species.

Stay overnight at wildlife resort.

 

Day 06: Ranthambore - Bharatpur - Agra
In time transfer to railway station t board on train for Bharatpur and on arrival proceed for Keoladeo Ghana national Park.

 

Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary (Keoladeo Ghana National Park) is a reserve that offers protection to faunal species as well. Nesting indigenous water- birds as well as migratory water birds and waterside birds, this sanctuary is also inhabited by Sambar, Chital, Nilgai and Boar.
Stay overnight at hotel.

Later continue drive to Agra, visit Fatehpur Sikri en route.

An epic in red sandstone; a city of yesteryears today lost in the mists of time. A sonless Akbar had gone to Sikri to seek blessings of a Muslim saint Sheikh Salim Chishti. When his son was finally born, he in gratitude constructed his capital city and named it Fatehpur Sikri. Later Fatehpur Sikri is also known as Abandoned Capital of Mughal Empire.  

Arrive Agra and check-in into the hotel for overnight stay.

Agra is famous as being home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World-the Taj Mahal. The architectural splendour of the mausoleums, the fort and the palaces is a vivid remainder of the capital in the 16th and early 17th centuries. A pleasant town with comparatively slow pace, The city is also famous for its carpets, gold thread embroidery and leather shoes. Agra was once the capital of the Mughal Empire.

 

Day 07:  In Agra
In the morning you will city sightseeing Tour.


Visiting Taj Mahal, the monument of love built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in sweet memory of his wife after she died in 1631. Later visit the Agra Fort; this was built by Emperor Akbar in 1565. And Itimid-ud-Daulah Tomb, which is also known as Mini Taj because of its resemblance; however it was built before the Taj Mahal. 

Rest of the day you will be the free for independent activities. Stay overnight at hotel.


Day 08:  Agra - Gwalior
Morning you will transfer to Agra Cantt railway station to board train to Gwalior.


Gwalior’s history is traced back to a legend, in the 8th century A.D., a chieftain called Suraj Sen was stricken by a deadly disease.  He was cured by a hermit saint Gwalior and in gratitude founded a city, which he named after the saint who had given him the gift of new life.  Gwalior Fort spreads out over an area of 3 square km, built by Raja Man Singh Tomar in the 15th century. Near by temple are Teli-ka-Mandir - Dravidian-style shrine which is notable for its profusely sculpted exterior; the Saas-Bahu Temples- two pillared temples which stand next to each other, one larger than the other; and the Chaturbhuj Mandir, The Mughal emperor Babar referred to the Gwalior Fort as “the pearl amongst fortresses in India”


Upon arrival at Gwalior, we proceed straight for sightseeing of Gwalior.


Visit Gwalior Fort: Standing on a steep mass of sandstone, Gwalior Fort dominates the city and is its most magnificent monument. The magnificent outer walls of the Fort still stand, two miles in length and 35 feet high. Within the fort are some marvels of medieval architecture. The 15th century Gujari Mahal is a monument to the love of Raja Mansingh Tomar for his Gujar queen, Mrignayani.

Day 09: Gwalior – Bhopal - Sanchi
Morning drive to Jhansi railway station to board train for Bhopal and on arrival at Bhopal drive for Sanchi en route visit pre historic cave paintings.
Sanchi is a serene hill crowned by a group of stupas, monasteries, temples and pillars dating from 3rd century BC to 12th century AD. These experienced in its complex structures where many Buddhist legends found expression in the rich sculpture. The lotus represents the Buddha's birth, the tree signifies his enlightenment, and the wheel represents his nirvana or salvation.

On arrival at Sanchi check-in into the hotel for overnight stay.


Day 10:  In Sanchi
Morning you will visit to Stupas of Sanchi.


The Great Stupas a massive hemispherical dome is one of the oldest stone structures in India and a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Ashoka Pillar erected during 3rd century BC.Gateways of Sanchi, Buddhist Vihara enshrines the sacred relics of the Satdhara Stupa and Gupta Temple

Afternoon depart on a return excursion to Udaigiri Caves and the ancient city of Vidisha.
Retire to hotel for overnight stay.


Day 11: Sanchi – Ujjain – Indore
Morning drive to Indore by surface en route visit to Ujjain one the famous temple dedicated to Lord Siva. Later continue drive to Indore and on arrival check-in into the hotel for overnight stay.


The city Indore is situated on the banks of two small rivers the Saraswati and the Khan and named after the 18th century temple of 'Indreshwar' or Sangamnath' Indore is rich historical tales and its contemporary pace, Indore remains a landmark city of Madhya Pradesh, and now days Indore is an important business and commercial centre of state Madhya Pradesh.

 

Day 12: In Indore
Morning site seeing tour of the Indore


visit to Kanch Mandir - a shrine of the Digamber Jains has its walls, roof and the floor lavishly inland with the mother of pearl, glass, and multi - coloured beads, Chatri Bagh – the Chatri Bagh are the memorial tomb of the Holker Kings.hte largest and most impressive is the chatri of Malhar Rao Holkar I Palace that is Lavishly decorated with frescoes. The lal bagh palace is now a museum and the culture centre of with its dazzling treasure.


Day 13: Indore– Delhi
In time transfer to Indore airport to board flight for Delhi and on arrival transfer to hotel for overnight stay.


Day 14: Depart Delhi
Later transfer to the International airport for flight to onward destination.
